Hi, I’m Mackenzie, and I am passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges.
I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, heard, and supported—and that’s the kind of environment I strive to create in my work with clients.
Whether you’re facing stress, self-doubt, or feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel respected and empowered to grow. I understand that reaching out for support takes courage, and I will meet you where you are, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for change. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions, adapting each session to meet your unique needs.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my cat, reading, exploring local cafés, and relaxing with a good TV series.
