Hi, I’m Gill (pronounced “Jill”), and I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to share their story, and I strive to bring empathy, compassion, and understanding into every session. My goal is to help you feel heard, valued, and empowered as we work together toward growth and wellness.

In my practice, I take a collaborative approach, drawing from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and client-centered techniques. I focus on building on your strengths and equipping you with tools to manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relational struggles in a way that feels tailored to you.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Toronto Metropolitan University. Outside of my work, I love meeting people from all walks of life, traveling, and spending time with my family, friends, and pets.
